Terracraft: Not really sure anyone is going to make you a map. Learn the map editor and do it yourself.(This is said in a positive way :P) 
Terracraft: You can't find a mapper who can give you a mapper for nothing , also credits don't fit that too.Try to make some offers to the cs2d mappers maybe they'll accept otherwise you'll not find one.
