L4D using Source engine, right? Buy L4D, find this map, write in console:
sv_cheats 1 hidepanel all r_skybox 0 fog_override 1 cl_drawhud 0 fog_enable 0 jpeg_quality 100 net_graph 0 cl_leveloverviewmarker 1024
Take screenshot, find folder with screenshots, copy image into gfx folder of CS2D, put overview in editor with evn_sprite, add dyn_wall and other shit.
Done!
