I believe you can just place a ENV_NPC and trigger that.

Make sure you have selected the correct npc in that entity.

Trigger_USE

Name: Empty
Trigger: mynpc

---

ENV_NPC

Name: mynpc
Trigger: Empty


If you want it to spawn on start just replace Trigger_use with Trigger_Start.

Zombie must appear only when was triggered!

Then disable "spawn on start" checkbox, that's all. (don't delete those triggers)
