What is the best program to record StrandedII?

I tried both Fraps and CamStudio but they either made the game unplayable or the video really hard to watch (e.g. wrong colors, random flashes)

I'm using Vista and an old freeware version of Fraps.

I don't use MSN, but it may be able to go through email.

Of course you can be that illegal and send your tools via msn or whatever. That's not our problem. But don't talk about it here!
