Tested On Counter-Strike2D 0.1.2.5 has written
Windows 8 (64bit OS, 32 bit application)

You may unpack lua51.dll and lua5.1.dll ONLY if you are running in a windows server.
I haven't tested it myself on Linux and MacOS, so if you have problems trying to get this running, please COMMENT YOUR PROBLEM and show some screenshots/logs
