As user KingShadow already said, Unreal Software related user-generated content is always uploaded to the File Archive, where it will get reviewed by cute boys such as user Yates and user GeoB99, and then either approved if it's lit, or declined if it's shit. Making threads about your stuff only makes sense if it's a bigger project and discussions would benefit from it.
