Build all the shit you want in this world. Enemies are awesome. World generator seed (Can generate really awesome mountains and ravines). Creative crafting.
No objective (Bored after a week of playing). Graphics? Hard to understand how to use a mod. Lag most of the time playing it.Stranded :
Adventure game with objective to get out of an island. Free game is always good. Real survival with puzzles on creating tools. Able to create maps you want. Limited terrain. (Can't travel from the island to find another island). Building is too boring. (Right click, right click, right click, right click, right click, right click, right click). Limited on what you can build. Graphics too?That's all I know.
I would say the best advantage that MC has over stranded 2 is that you can make a massive army of wolves and pwn anything in your way during the night because you raged when a creeper blew up next to your lava wall and caused the fire to spread trough your entire house that took hours to build.

Yes, when a C, C++, C#, Assembly, Blitz, or even flash program is slow it's because it's
'Advanced'
or
'The programmers didn't optimize it much'
But when it's JAVA? The above never happens - it's always the fault of the language. The reason Java used to be slow TEN YEARS AGO is now negligible.
And I'm not attacking Minecraft either - I love that game. It was started as a fun coding project, so Notch didn't really expect to need more than an unstable foundation.

iv been thinking of doing that for a while now... just didnt get around to it... but sounds cool (does the world reset... or does the world delete itself?)
to me a fun game is a good game graphics really dont mind me. So im gonna go ahead and say Minecraft cause i just think its really awesome, dont care how realistic a game is, it just has to be fun. Oh and minecraft can be free theres a thing called the internet and another thing called downloading.
