How can i make snow protection.
I've saw some post about it but i don't understand.Can anyone explain how to do?

Create a Gen_Weather, call it snowprot, in its options in the field 'Particle amount' enter a ridiculous number like 1000 or something. Then put a trigger_start that will trigger it and you're done.
